Chicago’s journey is marked by several success cases, with notable performance in the financial and insurance sectors.

Since the beginning, between 2020 and 2025, we played a leading role in the implementation of Open Banking and Open Finance in Brazil. We worked strategically on organizing and structuring the entire ecosystem, in close collaboration with the Brazilian Central Bank and representatives of the national financial sector. Our role was essential in enabling a highly complex governance and decision-making model, which culminated in the transition to the Open Finance Association in 2025.

Our work combined strategic leadership and operational execution. We managed more than 20 providers and the entire technological infrastructure of the ecosystem, in addition to developing and operating fundamental services such as metrics dashboards, user-experience monitoring tools, and knowledge management solutions.
