In recognition of its strategic contribution to the implementation and consolidation of Open Finance Brazil, Chicago was honored in 2025 by the Open Finance Association Executive Board and Board of Directors, during the celebration of the ecosystem’s five-year anniversary, held at the Dênio Nogueira Auditorium, at the Central Bank of Brazil, in Brasília.

In 2023, we were proud to receive the Innovation in Digital Banking award, granted by The Banker. The award recognizes the most innovative initiatives in the global digital financial system, and Chicago was the global winner in the Open Banking category.

This award recognizes the entire innovative effort of the Brazilian Open Finance ecosystem.

We were finalists of the Open Summit Awards in 2022 and 2023, an award that recognizes the best professionals and companies in the financial data-sharing ecosystem in Brazil. The nomination reflected our role as the company responsible for the Secretariat, Administrative Layer, and technological infrastructure management of Open Finance in Brazil.

In 2021, we received the “Best Open Banking Fintech Partnership” award together with Raidiam (technology provider and partner for the participants’ directory), in recognition of our joint work in implementing Open Finance Brasil.
